Este é um problema comum, e não somente da marca Land Rover, mas de vários carros, principalmente importados e perto dos 10 anos, que ficaram muito expostos ao sol.

SOLUÇÕES
Existem soluções temporárias que podem amenizar, caso a rachadura seja pequena e não existam muitas.
A mais simples é colar um adesivo em cima, com a textura similar, para cobrir a rachadura. Isso funciona melhor se for em cima do airbag do carona.
O que sabemos que não funciona:
- fazer pequenos furos para evitar rachar mais (continua rachando)
- preencher com silicone (no calor a dilatação abre novamente)
SOLUÇÃO DEFINITIVA
Não tem jeito: para ficar realmente novo, o painel (conhecido como tabelier) precisa ser removido do veículo, ter as rachaduras preenchidas com uma cola especial, ser lixado e novamente forrado.
Este trabalho não é super simples, mas também não é uma ciência de foguete. O ideal é procurar alguém que já tenha feito o serviço.
